Ali Yasir

Hi, I’m Ali, a video editor and filmmaker with a strong focus on cinematic storytelling, narrative editing, and visual content. I work across short films, reels, social media content, and creative projects, with an emphasis on pacing, emotion, sound design, colour, and visual continuity. I’ve also worked on Waaris, a film project that has been featured in film festivals, giving me experience in developing stories from raw footage into polished, engaging narratives. Alongside filmmaking, I create cinematic social media content and have experience working with different creative styles and formats. I’m always interested in projects where editing can do more than simply cut footage where it can build emotion, atmosphere, and meaning.
